How do I create an account?
You can sign up for your free account by clicking the Your account link on the home page .You will need your business address, phone number and email address in order to sign up. Please fill out the online form and once we review your credentials we will activate your account or email you if we find that we need more information. Most account requests are activated within 24 hours however may take up to 3-5 business days to process. You will receive an email notifying you that your account has been activated. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure proper delivery of emails.
How do I edit my information?.
You can update your account through the Your account link at the top of each page. Please note that updating your email address changes your username to your new email.
I forgot my username or password, how can I access it?
Your username is the email associated with your account. If you are unable to login or no longer have access to the email associated with your account please contact us at email@example.com or call 020 8534 1230.
To reset your password please click the GET A NEW PASSWORD link at account log and fill in the email address affiliated with your account. Your password will be reset and emailed to you. Once you login, go to the My Account screen to change your password. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure proper delivery of emails.
